Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 180g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Lakanto Monk Fruit, powdered sweetener
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • chocolate shavings and raspberries for garnish
  • optional fresh fruit

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whip cream cheese for about 1 minute with whisk until it becomes fluffy.
  2. Add cream, vanilla, sweetener and cocoa powder and continue to whisk until mixture becomes smooth, about 2 minutes.  (This can also be done with an electric mixer.)
  3. Divide into 4 servings and top with sugar-free chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries.
