Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
- 180g cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Lakanto Monk Fruit, powdered sweetener
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- chocolate shavings and raspberries for garnish
- optional fresh fruit
- Whip cream cheese for about 1 minute with whisk until it becomes fluffy.
- Add cream, vanilla, sweetener and cocoa powder and continue to whisk until mixture becomes smooth, about 2 minutes. (This can also be done with an electric mixer.)
- Divide into 4 servings and top with sugar-free chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries.
