Meet the chef
With more than 11 years of culinary experience, Howard Ko brings a fresh perspective to CÉ LA VI Dubai. In Los Angeles, CA, he discovered a deep love for food and discovered his curiosity for cooking. After moving to New York to pursue his dreams of becoming a chef, he attended The Culinary Institute of America, which is home to renowned alumni including Anthony Bourdain and Grant Achatz.
As a chef, he began his culinary journey in 2006 at a Michelin-starred restaurant called DANIEL. In addition to Picholine, Restaurant Mélisse, The Restaurant at Meadowood and The French Laundry, where he worked alongside Timothy Hollingsworth, a Michelin-starred restaurateur and winner of Final Table, he has also worked with Picholine, Restaurant Mélisse, Restaurant Mélisse, The Restaurant at Meadowood, and the Restaurant at Meadowood.

This incredible infinity pool is tucked between the two towers of the Address Sky View in Downtown Dubai.
This incredible infinity pool promises some of the city’s best views. Named as the world’s tallest infinity pool inside a building. Aura Sky pool, which is located on the 50th floor of the St. Regis Dubai, also in Palm Jumeirah, is 200 meters high and offers a 750-square-meter pool deck. Located in Nakheel’s Palm Tower, it offers the world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool, offering show-stopping views of Dubai’s skyline from its hotel and residential building. Dh250 per person for poolside sun loungers, cabanas are Dh1,000 for a maximum of four guests, with Dh500 redeemable on food and drink.
