INGREDIENTS:
- Green salad leaves or fresh spinage
- 500gram cherry tomatoes
- 2 advocados
- Fresh radisch
- Walnuts
- 1 g pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon apple cide viniger
DIRECTIONS:
For Keto-Friendly vinaigrette dressing.
- Chop garlic
- Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and apple cider viniger to jar and shake well to combine ingriedients.
For salad:
- Cut, wash and dry the salad leaves.
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Remove skin and pit from advocado and slice the advocado in 1cm slices
- Slice the radisch in thin slices.
- Slice or crush the walnut in small pieces.
- Add all ingriedents to salad bowl.
- Add vinaigrette dressing to salad.
